Our account banned account is 0, just an account of Thomas got 72 hours suspended of on Oct 2006 because he had logged in while we leveling.
Is there any guarantee that I won't have my account stolen ?
The fact that we only need your game id and password to level your character. Since you alone retain this vital information,Your account is fully secure. We are recommending that you should change your password after power leveling done.

Safe Power Leveling
How do you level my character ?
We level your character with 2 dedicated game masters from starts to finished. Our skillful game masters complete your desired level by 90% questing, a method that has proven to be the safest and most desireable since you would gain more reputation for different factions. We do not use any hacks or exploits to level your character. We also do class quests, profession leveling, and play instance if time frame allowed.
After transaction completed, when will you start to leveling ?
We will begin to level your character within 30 minutes after receiving your payment. A confirmation email will provide you with details about starting and finishing times. However, if you order on days for patch and server maintenance (Tuesday for US servers or Wednesday for EU servers), it will delay the starting time for 12 hours.
All loots will stay on the character, right?
Of course! You retain all gold and loots during the power leveling. In additional, you will typically gain good equipments and substantial game money. We will sell useless items (like gray and bad green items) to vendors, put good ones (like rare or epic or good green gears) in bank.
Will you level my professions as well ?
Professions will be leveled during the power leveling, and we can only do so much in the time we have available. There won't be any guarantee what level will it be at the end of the power leveling service, but we will do as much as we can, professions leveling is a bonus to our customers.
I don't want peoples know that I'm using your service.
If we happen to run into someone who is familiar with your character, we will indicate that we are a friend or relative just trying out this game or we will just ignore any tells and flag you as /afk or /dnd while leveling. However if a Blizzard GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her to avoid raising suspicions from them. You may also let us know of something specific to say in such situations. We will not under any circumstance reveal the leveling service.
I want to talk to you from my another account
Yes, lets us know character name that you might used to talk to us in game. Our game players can understand you well in English.
Do you use bots or illegal Mods?
No! We do not use any bots, hacks or any other third parties in-game program that is forbidden to perform our services.
How do you level my character so fast ?
We run 2 shifts of 9+ hours per day to avoid raising suspicions from Blizzard. Different to other services, our high skilled game masters leveling your character through questions, class quests and just grinding at some certain level. Its much faster than killing monsters and make sure your character.
Am I able to play with my character while leveling ?
We recommend that you not do this because you may interfere with our working hours and increase suspicions from Blizzard due to IP frequently changing. However you can mail us to setup a time or schedule for your own use and we will stop leveling your account and continue later when you are done. Please understand that if you play frequently during our power leveling time, it will slow the leveling progress.
How do I check the progress on my account ?
We recommend you log into Blizzard's Armory at http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com where you can track your character's level, skills, gear, reputation, talent tree and latest stats. Blizzard provides frequent updates every day.
How I know you have complete power leveling my character ?
Since Blizzard tracks IP address behaviors and will notice several different IPs accessing the account in a short period of time. For your account safely, we delay 5 hours after power leveling done before send you an confirmation email that your order have been complete.
